User name markup

G'day, we have a old no longer supported mod for our 1.5 board that gave our users options when it comes to styling usernames, based on usergroup permissions. Was thinking it would be a cool addition to your user tools here. I'm looking to have this redeveloped one way or another for 2.x so if I could pay to have these features implemented I'd be happy to do so.

Hi, it's basically abandonware at this point and I think the caching is broken but the add-on permissions are made up of the following;
