noPrefix class is applied even though a prefix is set

With Multi Prefix disabled, works fine.

How the prefix stuff works is actually really hacky.

I've been thinking on replacing the custom dropdown with the use of the following; https://github.com/harvesthq/chosen On a desktop it gives the nice select options, and then defaults to a standard selectbox on various limited devices.

Prefixes are a PITA globally if you ask me. They should have their own styling and not be dependent on the color palette as it never works out right.
